HP Drives Business Transformation – HP Regional Launch Event at Jakarta

hp-circle-blk In Pakistan, different companies who are related with the technology world arranged many bloggers meet ups from the blogger community of Pakistan in different parts of the country. In December, HP Pakistan arranged Bloggers Meet Ups in Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore to interact with the blogger community of Pakistan. According to my knowledge this is the first time that any company who organized bloggers meet ups and after that they are also sending a blogger to the International event of  HP. Muhammad Sheeraz Aleem , who is the admin of Progmic is selected to represent HP Pakistan in the event.

According to the HP:

As the global economy picks up from the downturn, businesses and the public sector are responding to the economic crisis and moving forward by looking for the right IT partner that will help them ELEVATE their business by getting time and money back through mobile productivity, taking the risk out from implementing new technologies, taking the distance out of cross borders communication and collaboration, making deployment of new PCs manageable and minimizing carbon footprint.

HP and Tam Vivienne Presents HP Mini 210 Vivienne Tam Edition

We have seen many netbooks from HP from last few months which were designed by many renowned designers of the fashion industry. Today Vivienne Tam along with HP announced the availability of the latest in “digital clutch” chic. The netbook which is  being choose by  Tam Vivienne for design was HP Mini 210 , which will made its debut at New York Fashion Week as part of  Tam’s spring 2010 collection. Review of Viper Notes Tablet – A Pakistani Netbook

We are in the generation of technology in which everything is become a part of this. Few days back, we got a netbook for review. The most interesting part of that netbook was that the netbook is being made by a Pakistani company named as Viper.

Let’s talk about netbook that what is a netbook? Netbook is a very small machine , light in weight and inexpensive laptop computers suited for general computing and accessing web-based applications; they are often marketed as “companion devices,” .Viper named this netbook as Viper Notes Tablet, which is easily available in the market at a price of PKR 33,000.

HP is on Top in 100 Best Corporate Citizens List 2010

Every company in the world wants to be on first place in its field. But there are few companies who continue their journey of success, Hewlett-Packard is one of them. Recently, Hewlett-Packard named No.1 on Corporate Responsibility Magazine’s 100 Best Corporate Citizens List. Corporate Responsibility Magazine’s which is formerly known as CRO Magazine presented their 11th annual 100 Best Corporate Citizens List. In 2009, HP was on fifth number but it gained the first position this year.  HP secured first position because of its great performance in seven categories which are environment, climate change, human rights, philanthropy, employee relations, financial and corporate governance.

According to the Michael Mendenhall, senior vice president and chief marketing officer, HP:

Global citizenship is integral to the success of HP’s business. HP Launched HP Labs Singapore

HP is working on cloud computing and that’s why they are going to launch the HP Labs Singapore. HP has many research centers around the globe and this research center is the latest addition in the lineup. In Asia Pacific region HP Labs Singapore is the center of innovation. HP Labs Singapore is working on the vision of the company which is Everything as a Service.
